Hey Campers, It’s time to sign up for Asthma Camp Huff ‘N Puff in beautiful Montana!

When: July 13 to 18, 2014

Who: Children going into 2^nd through 9^th grade with asthma

Where: YMCA Camp Child just west of Helena, MT

Why: Many good reasons!

• Lake Ellen: on-site lake offers swimming, diving, canoeing, and fishing
• Ropes course: a 7-station course combining low and high adventure stations that is great for individuals and team building challenges
• Arts & Crafts: a completely refurbished lodge offers campers of all ages a chance to show off their artistic abilities.
• Archery Range: a newly built range offers opportunities for skilled and beginner archers.
• Sporting fields: a paved basketball court, baseball field, sand volleyball court, and tetherball area provides plenty of sporting areas.
• Outdoor adventure: this program combines hiking and nature education to see and explore the splendor of the outdoors.
• Asthma Education: fun and interactive educational sessions where campers learn the basics of asthma, asthma symptoms, and medication management.

Accommodations:

• Main Lodge: 5 bedrooms, large meeting room bathrooms with showers, a dining hall that can hold 70-80 people and a full kitchen.
• Washrooms: newly constructed, heated men’s and women’s shower facilities
• Cabins: 6 cabins complete with 6 bunk beds, clothing storage units, and electricity.

Staffing: Certified and properly trained staff to make sure your child with asthma is supervised and safe.

How much? $100 per camper; scholarships are available for those needing financial assistance.
